Chef Amy Hadesman is a native Chicagoan who earned her culinary training from the Culinary Institute of America in the Napa Valley. She is also a graduate of the University of Illinois, receiving her B.A. in food science and human nutrition. Through her formal education and working in many professional kitchens under Michelin Star Chefs, such as Charlie Trotter, she developed her passion and respect for food. Chef Amy’s personal cooking style is focused on the importance of highlighting the ingredients’ natural flavors.
While working in fine dining, Amy learned the ins and outs of the hospitality industry and finer points of service. Involved in these ventures came the opportunity to work with a lot of high profile clientel. Amy places high importance on the recognition of privacy, confidentiality, and respect for your home.
Growing up surrounded by food and home cooked meals Amy saw first hand the positive effect a home cooked meal can have on relationships with both friends and family.
